The insertion of 0.04 and 0.03 discounts wasn't possible because of disabled billing. I manage to overcome the issue by recreating the table with all 3 discount values: CREATE OR REPLACE TABLE ecommerce.site_wide_promotion AS SELECT * FROM UNNEST([.05, .04, .03]) AS discount

Lab is good, but there is an error: When I make a request ( INSERT INTO ecommerce.site_wide_promotion (discount) ... ) , the error "Billing has not been enabled... DML queries are not allowed..." appears and the request is not executed. Fix it, please.
