Might need an update. To get tensorflow2.3 as instructed, I had to use a custom container (only tensorflow2.11 is currently available from the tensorflow-enterprise dropdown menu). The bigquery functions didn't work until I upgraded google-cloud-bigquery to latest version and installed dependency db-dtypes.
