This lab is broken. It tries to pull from an outdated public database table name, and then even if you correct it to point to the current table name in that database it still doesn't work because you run into an overflow error in the array handling of the SQL.

The instructions do not match the console. The Jupyter notebook code cannot access the database, and therefore the lab cannot be completed as written. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, PLEASE FIX IT.
