The lab is outdated as usual. The table name in the dataset is wrong and the resulting data needs additional filtering since some samples don't contain the expected array length after doing the regex. In addition, a further API needs to be activated which is not mentioned here.

The required bigquery table does not exist in the default region or at all

This lab is broken. It tries to pull from an outdated public database table name, and then even if you correct it to point to the current table name in that database it still doesn't work because you run into an overflow error in the array handling of the SQL.
