Could not access data through bigquery and thus could not actually run most of the lab: AttributeError: 'BigQueryReadGrpcTransport' object has no attribute 'channel'

Unfortunately, I got the following error code: ImportError: The default BigQuery Storage API client cannot be used, install the missing google-cloud-bigquery-storage and pyarrow packages to use it. Alternatively, use the classic REST API by specifying the --use_rest_api magic option. I was not able to troubleshoot this, so I just read through the code in the example answer and followed along. Bummer!

The notebook doesn't work without pip installing several packages, and gives several confusing warning messages.
