I have tried to click on the "Access roles" link of the Task 1, propedeuthic for the NewAgent creation in the Diagonflow page. The link doesn't work.

very nice walk through. in this demo/lab, Dialogflow did not 'generalize' as good as expected. a capital letter change would loose it.
