Selecting project no longer works as explained. Cannot create agent.

Had some trouble creating agent. The name field had the save button by it and the fields below appeared greyed out so I didnt click on the project field. I thought it would prompt me for that after clicking save. Instead, I got an error that the user could create a project. I went down an IAM rabbit hole for a bit before I came back and tried the project dropdown even though it appeared disabled.
