Found a couple of possible issue to be corrected, details below. Task 3: 'src_location' should be 'src_instance' Task 4: 'jsonPayload.connection.protocol=1' but it is documented as not. GCP might have changed behavior since then. Task 5: For "Name" for BigQuery table should be "Id"
