this one didn't work as expected. I couldn't use SSH for any of the VMs even though I followed the directions. The troubleshooting said there was an issue with the network.

This approach uses sampled flow data, which does not always reliably generate logs. It took a significant amount of time (and me interacting with the SSH shell) for sufficient traffic to be generated that a sample for the SSH traffic was actually recorded in the log explorer, and thus the sink.
