Some difficulty with the Cloudshell terminal not picking up the project on either user. Needed to create a new terminal tab after initially opening.

Add is now Grant Access (I assume) User-1 did not have sufficient permissions to grant storage object viewer role to user 2... So I was able to confirm access to the bucket, remove that role, (had to login to user 2 to force the permissions to update) then was able to confirm that user 2 no longer had access... 2nd run through went better - no permissions errors though it still failed to verify the manually created first role though it is listed.
