Configuring IAM Reviews

There was no provisioned project in the lab resources created. I'm attempting this a second time. Upon 2nd attempt, step 8 did not work at all and the first "Check my progress" checkpoint was greyed out and inactive. Only upon the third attempt wherein I never logged into the 2nd user's account did this work smoothly.

It was great but I got an issue with the checkpoints : I didn't have the points for one while I did all that was required
