This lab is missing an initial step. This command must be ran before the first terraform apply is executed. gcloud config set project <PROJECT ID> Failure to do so will result in an error.

a bit messy - only worked with downloading the files directly. Also had to use: gcloud config set project qwiklabs-gcp-04-e59e5e69839a manually or nothing would work
