need to add project = to the provider file instructions, otherwise worked well

Needed to add project = "qwiklabs-gcp-c251321265cd91fe" to provider.tf file in order to compile. Others in the class did the same.

Notes missed out lots of details (the need to include "project ID"!!!!) and were not accurate to how the console works.
