There are many mistakes. The public database isn’t named like that anymore... its `bigquery-public-data.hacker_news.full`. Also offset(1) will not work unless you change it to safe_offset(1). Google has by FAR the worst learning experience for their cloud infrastructure, it is a shame because they do have the better data management proposal. I dont know if qwicklabs is part of google or if it is a third party providing its services, but in any case, it portrays an image of Google being a sloppy company, and they are probably right.
