Activity tracking seems to be broken. Even after re-verifying twice that I had correctly completed the second scored step and deleting the roles then creating them again, Qwiklabs still said the step wasn't completed and gave no guidance for continuing or appealing this. I had to redo the lab from the beginning to get credit, and on my successful attempt no commands' output was different from the first attempt. There seems to be a serious bug in the scoring software.
