Seeing all the Google prompts for new users for every lab is very annoying. The first one to accept T&Cs, I get. The big blue pop up in the top left that appears part way through every lab, unnecessary. The messages that appear every time I open the cloud shell terminal, unnecessary. Remove these prompts for lab users.
