The Lab does not comes with Service Mesh installed. Required to Install the service Mesh seperately.. Either documentaiton should be updated or steps for Anthos installation should be specified

Anthos service mesh is not installed by default. Had to manually install it. Please update lab documentation.

INITIAL LAB SETUP IS AGAIN MISSING ASM INSTALLATION! And also some of the references dont point to any source!
