The original dialogflow link did not work. The dialogflow editing part was frustrating because immediately after saving, the "try it out" prompts didn't work; I had to click around for a little while to give it time and then it would work. Other than that, it is a good way to introduce intent and entities for this course.

The inflexible structure of this product (i.e. that you have to pre-define conversation flows) feels light years behind chat GPT. Am I wrong to have that reaction?
