Cannot test "Dev Portal" tasks, due to: Portals is not yet implemented in the Cloud Console Portals will be available here soon. In the meantime, you can access Portals in the classic Apigee UI. Project qwiklabs-gcp-01-5ee1e0ab5607 doesn't have an Apigee organization provisioned.
