need more specific kpt version 0.39.0!

This lab is very out dated, the ASM/Istio versions are old, and the architecture being taught is old. Multi cluster service mesh can do service discovery automatically now across clusters. Also the lab is broken, I needed to download a much older kpt version and modify the commands to make the asm install work on the central cluster. Ideally this section of the course can be refreshed with more recent content.

Lab was not prepared, no commands kpt cfg, no file for istio configuration !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

kpt installation is wrong. Correct way is: curl -L https://github.com/GoogleContainerTools/kpt/releases/download/v0.39.2/kpt_linux_amd64 > kpt_0_39_2 chmod +x kpt_0_39_2 alias kpt="$(readlink -f kpt_0_39_2)"

There is an issue with Task 5 and Step 4. We need to install packages for asm-citadel from git but the git repository has no such folder. Needs to be corrected.
