Very Good lab to understand the Security policy related with the Istio Service-mesh

I am very dissatisfied with this lab! I was unable to complete the lab because of a technical issue. I do must of my training online and the Qwiklabs, labs always seem to be riddled with issues. The instructor delivered content is excellent, but the unreliable labs really do a disservice to the content. I can only hope that Qwiklabs will make it a priority to address the quality issues with the lab and subpar support. I have opened several support tickets and a Qwiklabs Support Engineer has NEVER been able to solve the problem with the lab environment - they all have a canned response of "we are sorry but the lab is not working as expected due to a transient issue".
